INTERNATIONAL CHANGES

In Coven 1992  we make changes to all items that have not been used, or damaged and have all labels and security tapes - except BODYSUITS, for hygiene reasons. It must also be in its original packaging. This applies to all items that are returned within 14 days of having been received.

Please keep in mind that Coven 1992 does not cover return shipping costs for changes.

Changes are processed in approximately 1-5 business days, to this must be added the shipping time.

Please keep in mind that at Coven 1992 we want you to be happy, therefore the first shipment of a change is on us. If there are more changes we can help you with them however we will not cover the shipping cost.

For your convenience, we attach the instructions for changes to your order.

Did you lose the form to make changes? No problem! Send us an email to customer@coven1992.com and we will forward it to you.  

If the item that you like, for whatever you want to change your order, is not the same amount that you have bought, contact us and we'll help  customer@coven1992.com, likewise, if the item you want to change it for a lesser price than the one you purchased the surplus will be reflected in a gift card, which you can use within 1 year from the closing date of your purchase, to mayor information consult the terms and conditions for gift card.  

 

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

Please keep in mind that to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL or UPS OR any other private shipping company to return your orders as these carriers will not deliver to us.

En Coven 1992  SI hacemos cambios de todas las prendas que no hayan sido usadas ni dañadas ,tengan todas las etiquetas y cintas de seguridad, exceptuando BODYSUITS, por razones de higiene. También debe estar en su embalaje original. Esto aplica para todas las prendas que se devuelvan antes de los 7 días de haber sido recibidas.

 

Te recomendamos considerar usar un servicio de envío rastreable o comprar seguro para el envío. Nosotros NO garantizamos que recibiremos el producto del cual vayas a realizar el cambio.  Coven 1992 no cubre los costos de envío de los cambios.

Los cambios se procesan en aproximadamente 1-5 días hábiles, a esto hay que sumarle el tiempo de envío.

 

Por favor toma en cuenta que en Coven 1992 el envío de cambios tienen un costo de $300.00 Pesos Mexicanos. 

 

 

¿Perdiste el formulario para realizar cambios? No hay problema. Mándanos un email a customer@coven1992.com  y te lo reenviamos.

 

Si la prenda que deseas cambiar no es del mismo valor a la que compraste, comunícate con nosotros y te

ayudaremos  customer@coven1992.com, de igual forma si la prenda por la que deseas hacer el cambio es de un precio menor a la que adquiriste el excedente lo pondremos en una gift card, que podrás usar dentro de 1 año a partir de la fecha de su adquisición, para mayor información consulta los términos y condiciones para gift card.  

Nuestra política tiene una duración de 7 días naturales desde el momento en que recibiste tu pedido. Si regresas un pedido pasando estos 7 días tu pedido ya no califica para un cambio y pudiera ser regresado a ti. Ten en cuenta que para ser elegible para un cambio, el artículo debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibiste. También debe estar en su embalaje original.
